Celkový názor:
Skvelé služby, maximálna ochota pri výbere tovaru na diaľku. Tovar bol doručený na druhý deň ja som si myslela, že na zadok spadnem :) stále je karanténa a dodávka tovaru trvá zvyčajne dlhšie. Zamestnanci sú pecka.

According to Act no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services on the basis of a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the premises of the seller and amending certain laws (hereinafter the "Act") under the provisions of § 7 et seq. days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Procedure for returning goods

Attach the proof of purchase (invoice) and the completed form for withdrawal from the purchase contract to the goods. If you do not have the opportunity to print the form, we also accept a handwritten form. We ask you to thoroughly check the filled in data, especially the account number for the return of the amount for the returned goods


You will be notified by email about the receipt of the package and the amount for the returned goods will be sent to your account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
